What's so special about "Hannah Montana " and "The Suite Life of Zach and Cody" ?

Why do they watch these unrealistic shows like these for? What's so appealing about these shows that even people who are 18 years and 40 years old watch them? Does anyone know why people in general watch these two shows? What kinds of examples(good and bad) are these shows setting for today's young people and youngsters? can you give examples of each from each show?
