Trying for a baby after miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage on 6/11/07 at 8wks. I spotted for 1week and then my period started on 7/7 but it lasted for 9 days (usually 4-5 days). I have been tracking my bbt and cm but I never pinpointed ovulation. Yesterday I had some spotting on the toilet paper. I now have smptoms of a possible pregnancy (fatigue, tender , very mild cramps). My question is...could I be pregnant even if I didn't notice ovulation?
