Could I fail the 8th grade?

I had 3 opportunity's to p my math taks. I failed all 3 but the recent one I took only needed 8 more points for me to meet standard. Now the school will have a meeting to decide whether or not I should advance to the next grade. I'm more scared about HOW they will decide. I wonder if they check behavior, grades, the test scores to see If you improved. By the way, I got an 86 in my math cl, never gotten in trouble, only gotten iss for being late. I don't want to repeat the 8th grade again. I want to move up to be with everyone I know.
