Why do people like Nascar?

I am not asking this to be condescending to people who do like it, I am just wondering why you do. People in my family watch it and I understand it and everything, but I just have a hard time getting in to it, you know? I really do want to find it entertaining since I know so many people who watch it and since it is the fastest growing sport in America. Why do YOU like watching it?
