Uninstall Windows Media Player in Vista?

Add/Remove Programs doesn't work because WMP11 came w/ Vista, its not an installed program. Also, please do not just tell me not to do it. WMP doesn't function properly. I don't care if I won't be able to use Media Center properly, in fact can I also remove MCE from my computer?
