Is this an ominous sign? What could this mean?

It might sound trivial, but quite recently [for perhaps, the past few months] gummy bears have seemed to randomly appear before me. I've come upon them when walking up steps or maybe when walking about the school halls, and now today, on the kitchen table. What could the reason be?
