im internally muscular ery stalky and i have decided in order to get into shape running is the best activity to suit my busy shedule i just nee dto kow if there are any runners out there who can help me get started imen i dont even know where to start, i cunsoulted a doctor and my blood pressure is great i have great lung capacity and good stamina i just need to know how i can get started any tips out there for someone who is clueless?
