McCanns: British National Policing Improvement Agency recommended investigation of Kate and Gerry ?

The majority of us are well aware that it is "family and friends" that the police look at first. Reason being that it is so bizarre for a child to just disappear. Not only disappear but to leave no trace, say that of forensic evidence pointing towards foul play. This is a case they surely must loose and having done so, open the gates for everyone to see this for what it is.
