I have a thyroid question?

so i was in a car accident about a month ago and i had bunches and bunches of radiation on my neck and throat and neck. ive had lots of radiation on my neck before because of past injuries. and i woke up today feeling like there was something in my throat, it feels like somethings in my airway and im having bad pains when i breathe in my thyroid. so i was just being curious searching throat pain and i came up with hyperthyroidism. i see that radiation on the neck can cause it and i have alot of the symptoms. like, my ive been to the doctors for hair loss, severly long periods when mine were short, ive been really moody and very fatigue lately. im not trying to be a hypocondriac [idk how to spell it] but is there a possibility i could have hyperthyroidism?
