How high will the roles of the unemployed go if the Republicans enact their budget cuts, 20%, or higher?

The current real unemployment rate is almost 18% (Dept of Labor U6 number) Before the Democrats took over the senate and house in January 2007 and the white house in January 2008, the 2006 unemployment rate was 4.6%. Seems to me any one with any brains would prefer to go back to the 2006 rate of 4.6% when the republicans were in charge. You must be a kid living with mom or a public employee who will not be laid off because if you were a person in the private market, you would not be making such a stupid statement.
