Dinner help!?

I currently have swedish meat baking in the oven. I'm going to make egg noodles with it and throw everything in the crock pot on low when I'm done because my boyfriend won't get home until later tonight. If I do throw it in the crock pot, will the noodles dry out? If so, what can I add to keep them moist?
