Beardie acting strange after i changed his heat lamp. Is any of this normal?

the soft light is less powerful, and the spot light is more powerful (more hot) i would reccomend going back to the 60 wt soft light or at least have 2 heat lamps and put them on different areas of the cage. this will give the beardie a better veriety
