Are the western modern mes actually capable of revolting against an oppressive regime?

I truly believe our free will and democracies are an illusion. I notice as time goes on we seem to lose more and more freedom. Taxation bordering on oppressive, corruption in the governments, continuous laws, rules, regulations, policies, fee's, loss of services etc, etc, pile up to where it's a collasal effort to go hunting/fishing or ride a motorcycle, among other things. I just found out a new policiy in my mid sized city bars me from being in a city park at night. I can understand if I doing drugs or getting a prostitute bj, but as a tax payer I should expect the right to go there anytime I want. God, it seems if you speak out of turn to a cop, you risk getting yourself tazed, which carries the further risk of it being deadly force. Anyways, thats just an example of how unfreer my so-called free country is becoming. Anyways, do we as a modern people have the br ones to throw our own Boston tea party, because it sure seems we need a little of that to get some balance back. All you have to do is also look at wallstreet or baystreet for further reasons.
