Are graduate students able to go through the membership process for undergraduate fraternities/sororities?

Specifically for black sororities of the Divine 9: I did not join undergrad because the sorority I wanted to be a member of was having problems. I am now in graduate school and I am still interested in joining. Are graduate students able to go through the membership process of undergraduate chapters?
