well now let's see. asc usually rules how a person comes off to others. scorpio's a fighter, taurus is a lover , at least until the situation gets tough then they can turn into a raging bull... taurus makes one not usually mind too much giving control or their creedence to someone they are in a relationship with. friends, and what not. taurus risings are pretty nice people, who in some cases will allow themselves to be taken advantage of, to a point. also moon in sag makes this scorpio a more go with the flow person
